Google Classroom

We have begun using Google Classroom for paperless assignments. We have several Computer Wizards in our class who are quick to jump in and teach their classmates how to do it. It’s fun to watch. The secret at home is students must be signed in to the computer under their S number from school [not mom or dad’s gmail account]. If using an IPAD or tablet, you must download the Google Drive & Google classroom apps. Kids are getting it, don’t worry.

TRAFFIC SAFETY

Please refrain from unsafe driving maneuvers and behaviors.  Illegal U-turns, illegal drop-offs do not go unnoticed. It is the totality of all of our behaviors that define our community. One accident can wipe all that away regardless of the original intent. Plan ahead and leave a few minutes early as it will reduce your stress and the stress in our impacted traffic system.

From Mrs. Casas ~ our new PE teacher!!

Hello Mundy Families!

My name is Casey Casas. I am so excited to join your community as Nelda Mundy’s fulltime PE
Specialist! I am passionate about health and fitness and want your kids to reap the benefits of a
standards-based physical education program. Physical education is so much more than learning how to throw a ball or play popular sports. Physical education is about exposing kids to various activities and valuing the diversity in student interest, so that every youth feels connected to movementbe it through soccer or dance or strength training, to name a few of the possibilities. It is about generating interest in physical activity so that kids become more likely to invest themselves in movement and to develop physically, cognitively, and socially along the way.
