You can help your child be prepared:
- Make sure they arrive at school on time each morning.
- Make sure they get a good night's sleep.
- Make sure they eat a good breakfast.
- Remind them to use their mindfulness technique (shark fin) to calm themselves.
- Be positive and encouraging.
There are parts of the tests that require headphones. We have earbuds for each student, but if they are more comfortable bringing their own, they may. They should also bring a water bottle and a snack.
